This money-back guarantee does not implement on service renewals.

Users can cancel the service before the deployment anytime. Moreover, once the user's order cancellation is approved, we will refund the designated amount within 48 hours. The refunded amount will be in 3-5 working days.

Cancellation for the enterprise servers should be placed one week before the renewal date. We strictly do not offer refunds. It is recommended to read the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy for more details.
