Support Teams for Sales and Billing

Our 24/7 dedicated billing team is an add-on to our Hire an Expert / Billing & Sales operator, where you can create one or more four-person teams. Each member of the team has worked with a variety of billing applications, including WHMCS, Blesta, ClientExec, AWBS, Plesk Billing, and others. Because they have demonstrated soft abilities in turning an inquiry to an order, billing people can also operate as sales officers. Semi-billers and Billers are two specialised team plans that we provide. The Semi-billers staff is split between to clients. This team can only handle 65 tickets per day.

The Biller team plan is devoted to a single customer, with a team capable of handling more than 150 tickets per day. Please be aware that if you want to engage a billing staff to handle your sales inquiries as well, please let us know ahead of time so that we can find the best candidate for the job. We have a 7-day setup period for a billing team since there may be a billing people scarcity on the bench. The table below contains further information about two billing team arrangements.
